RETURN POLICY
Returns: All sales are final. If an item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, please email us at littlebubsandco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery/ready for pick-up so we can resolve this issue. Any items that are not in original packaging (tags still attached, has not been worn or laundered) will not be eligible for exchange. If customer care has deemed eligible for an exchange, customer is responsible for shipping it back. If it is an accepted exchange, there will be a 5% restocking fee along with shipping costs. Shipping costs include sending the received item back to LBC HQ along with the shipping of the replacement. If there are no remaining inventory of item originally purchased, a store credit will be given.
Discounts: Any and all discount codes must be used/redeemed at the time of purchase. We do not refund the difference. Please make sure to enter it before you submit your order.
