Shipping policy

 

Local Pick-Up: When an order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready. Whether you chose Newburgh or Storefront location for pickup, it will always say Newburgh. This is because it will not allow us to have multiple addresses pulling from the same inventory. Please refer to your order confirmation that includes the notes you input on where the pickup location you stated. Default location is always Newburgh. Please check your spam folder to ensure it has not be delivered there. Once email has been sent, packages will remain in the bin for up to 3 months. After multiple attempts have been made and package has not been picked up, items will be forfeited without refund and restocked on the site.


Shipping
: Ready to ship (RTS) products will be ready for pick-up or shipped within 5-7 business days not including weekends or holidays. All pre-order items will be disclosed on item description, but shall not exceed 30 business days, not including weekends or holidays unless stated otherwise. Little Bubs + Co is not responsible for purchases once it is processed through USPS or any other shipping service we might use. Little Bubs + Co is also not responsible for purchases being delivered to an undeliverable address that is provided. A tracking number will be provided where you can review your updates. Please allow up to 24 business hours once you receive tracking for the system to update.
